ChathamDirect user visibility functionality
Summary
Now, your treasury team can spend less time gathering, scrubbing, and comparing exposure loads and more time reviewing and analyzing forecasts, so you can save critical time when you need it most. Chatham's user visibility functionality enables you to specify which legal entities your decentralized business teams and subsidiaries can access to upload, review, and monitor exposures.
ChathamDirect is excited to release our new user visibility functionality available in our Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Exposure Management modules.
With this new feature, treasury teams can allow their decentralized business teams and subsidiaries to upload, review and monitor the exposures only at the legal entities they have access to see. This allows central treasury to spend less time gathering, scrubbing, and comparing exposure loads, and more time reviewing and analyzing forecasts, saving your team critical time when you need it most.
Once exposures are loaded, users in legal entity groups can also be allowed to submit trade requests, which can then be reviewed and approved by the central treasury team before being sent for execution.
To take advantage of this new functionality, ensure that you have the “Manage Entity Groups” permission. Those that have this permission should sit on the central treasury team, as they will be defining the legal entity groups. Users that have this permission will also not be allowed to be placed into legal entity groups.
To navigate to the Legal Entity Groups page, mouse over your username in the top right of the screen and click on your company's Administration section.
From there, you will find the Legal Entity Groups page on the sidebar, where you can create a new group or edit existing groups.
