Becky O’Loughlin is Chatham’s Chief People Officer. She leads global people strategy and operations to ensure our talent, organization, and culture enable high performance for our clients.
Prior to joining Chatham, Becky worked in management consulting with Accenture and developed her human resources career at Qurate Retail Group. She most recently served as Chief People Officer for Amplity Health. In 2021, through her tenure at Amplity Health, Becky was named Delaware Valley CHRO of the Year.
Becky received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Le Moyne College.
