Brendan Barrett is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.
Brendan graduated with distinction from Pennsylvania State University where he majored in finance and minored in management information systems. Additionally, he received his master’s degree in commercial real estate analysis and development.
