About Charlie
Charlie is a Director of Regulatory Advisory and Documentation for Chatham’s Financial Institutions group. He advises clients on derivatives matters and negotiates documentation and ISDA Agreements on behalf of banks and credit unions.
Prior to joining Chatham, Charlie was in-house counsel for several financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, Aurora Bank, and Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. He has also clerked for judges in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Alaska District Court in Kodiak, Alaska.
Charlie received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, his master's degree from the University of Dayton, and his juris doctor from the University of Nebraska. He is a licensed attorney in good standing in Colorado and Ohio and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/U.S.).
