About Charlotte
Charlotte Adeyemi is a member of Chatham's People team serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. She spends her time recruiting for roles in the business sectors and internal service across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Charlotte previously served as a people partner leading C-suite recruitment, developing and implementing people strategies in a financial technology start-up. Prior to this, she worked in people-transformation consulting, where she drove people-strategic projects across public and private sectors in Africa.
Charlotte has a master’s degree in business management from Imperial College London and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Sussex.
