About Daniel
Daniel Woodhouse is a Director on Chatham's Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team, serving as the lead for EMEA and APAC asset valuation. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring.
He brought 26 years of commercial real estate experience to Chatham, including his most recent role as the Head of Property Risk for Santander Corporate and Commercial Bank in the U.K. Prior to joining Santander, Daniel was a partner of Knight Frank’s European valuation services team in London and set up a new German valuation team in Munich serving international funds and lenders.
Daniel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and recently chaired the quarterly U.K. peer group lenders forum covering updates to RICS Global Valuation Standards. He holds a bachelor's degree in estates management from the University of Greenwich.
