Elisabeth Kemner

Elisabeth Kemner is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team with a focus on debt management operations. She leads a team of debt management consultants, and works with clients through the debt management system implementation process, providing solution consultation, as well as ongoing debt management advisory and operational support. Liz previously served on the Hedge Advisory team at Chatham.

Prior to joining Chatham, she served as a Signal Officer in the U.S. Army where she managed areas of the Army’s data network infrastructure and unit level communication systems. She spent over two years deployed to Baghdad in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Liz received her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with a minor in German from Tulane University.
