About Flora
Flora Yau is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.
Prior to joining Chatham, Flora spent ten years working in the real estate industry, most recently for a fund partnership by Goodman Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), with a focus on portfolio and fund management. Before that, she also worked on capital transactions at LINK REIT.
Flora graduated with a bachelor’s degree, with a dean's honours list in real estate property management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Additionally, she is a CFA Charterholder.
