About Gavin
Gavin is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team, leading the Advisory REIT team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Since joining Chatham in 2006, Gavin has served both Financial Institution and Real Estate clients. He was instrumental in the development of Chatham’s Debt Management platform.
Prior to joining Chatham, Gavin worked for several years in international finance for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Prior to Sony, he became a CPA and worked for Arthur Andersen in the Chicago world headquarters office.
