About Greg
Greg Goudy is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to his current role, Greg advised REIT clients and public real estate companies on interest rate and foreign currency risk management. He also worked on the Defeasance and Prepayment team, helping manage the successor borrower process of a defeasance transaction.
Before joining Chatham, Greg was led a collateral management team for fixed income financing, specializing in repo transactions for Barclays Capital. He has over 10 years of experience working in various middle office positions for both the Bank of New York Mellon and JP Morgan.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Goldey-Beacom College in Business Administration with a concentration in international business.
