Han Lee

Han Lee is a Director on Chatham's Capital Advisory team, supporting the team in providing capital markets strategies and capital raising access to corporate and financial sponsor clients.

Prior to Chatham, Han served as Vice President at EA Markets, a capital markets investment banking firm, where he covered direct placements and sponsors. Before EA, he worked at Imperial Capital where he gained sell-side experience across various industries in leveraged finance, capital markets, M&A, SPAC, and restructuring transactions.

Han has previously worked for Andersen and Vantage Point Advisors (now Stout), specializing in business valuations and working on a variety of projects including, purchase price allocations, fairness and solvency opinions, debt and convertible equity consultations, share-based compensation valuations, and litigation support.

Han received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
