About Jack
Jack Hannay is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant offerings. Jack is currently focused on the service delivery and client success of Chatham’s covenant offerings.
Prior to joining Chatham, Jack was based in Vancouver, Canada and worked as a real estate finance specialist at both Edgar Development and BC Housing. Before moving to Canada, Jack was an associate for four years on the U.K. real estate finance team at ING Bank.
Jack graduated with a bachelor’s degree in modern history from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
