Josh Steddom

Josh Steddom is on Chatham's Financial Institutions team, helping clients install, grow, and optimize balance sheet hedging and customer hedging programs in the midwest and western U.S. He has been part of the Financial Institutions team since 2014, and leverages his experience to help clients manage risk through the implementation and use of interest rate hedging programs and products.

Prior to his current role, Josh helped lead the team’s business line that partnered directly with community bankers to assist in their origination efforts through the prudent use of interest rate derivatives. Josh is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of Wheaton College where he received his bachelor’s degrees in economics and international relations.
