Kasia Kieljan-Maczka

Kasia Kieljan-Mączka is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.

At Chatham, Kasia has served in various roles, spending most of her time within the debt management team serving Global Real Estate clients. She also has worked with Chatham’s Corporates implementation team in a project management role, helping corporate clients implement a technology solution for streamlining their treasury risk management processes.

Prior to joining Chatham in 2009, Kasia spent five years working at a lending desk of the Polish BZWBK Bank in Krakow Poland, with a predominant focus on structuring funding for real estate sector business clients.

She received her master’s degree in economics from Jagiellonian University in Krakow and her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) title from CCIM Institute, Chicago.
