Maria Browning is on Chatham’s Real Estate Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring.
Maria has also worked on Chatham's Debt Management and Hedging and Capital Markets team, helping with high profile client relationships on the engagement of Chatham’s sophisticated derivative and debt management system.
Maria has a master's degree in finance from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish from the University of Colorado Denver.
