About Matthew
Matthew Duddy is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
He is responsible for the daily hedging activity for our real estate clients while ensuring the trades and cash settlements are properly documented between all parties. Prior to Chatham, Matt worked as a scheduling coordinator at Sunoco LP, utilizing forecasts and sales trends to ensure timely delivery of high-volume sites, including the New Jersey turnpikes and New York thruways accounts.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in finance and has an M.B.A. in global business from Cabrini University.
