About Matthew
Matthew Rauh is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Investment Banking practice, advising a range of institutional real estate clients on capital strategy, structuring, execution, and complex valuations. During his time at Chatham, Matt has raised over $11 billion of debt and has experience across a range of property types and financing structures, including permanent financing, construction financing, mezzanine and preferred equity financing, credit tenant lease financing, and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing.
Matt earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed his undergrad at Creighton University where he studied finance, international business, and Spanish.
