About Mike
Mike Dickerson is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Mike previously served as a Documentation and Transaction Manager on Chatham’s Defeasance and Prepayment team, handling the transaction processing of all prepayment deals and acting as a liaison for our Successor Borrower transactions.
Prior to joining Chatham, Mike worked as a Verification Analyst at Barclays, managing a portfolio of syndicate loans, and overseeing the operations of the offshore team. Prior to Barclays, Mike spent many years working at Capital One as a team lead, overseeing a group of Home Loan Servicing Analysts tasked with helping clients avoid foreclosure following the Great Financial Crisis.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance and graduated cum laude from Wilmington University.
