Nick also was the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Ambolt S.A., a leading high-yield Nordic property investment fund. Prior to Ambolt, he was the Founder/CEO of Global Realty Outsourcing, a 1,500-person real estate asset management platform serving many of the largest real estate funds, REITs, investment banks, and commercial banks. Prior to founding GRO, Nick was a Managing Director with Capital Trust, which pioneered the concept of real estate mezzanine debt with $12 billion of investments completed prior to its sale to Blackstone.
