Rebecca Warne-Wasniewski

Rebecca Warne-Wasniewski is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring. Rebecca works with clients through the debt management system implementation process, providing solution consultation, as well as ongoing debt management advisory and operations support.

Prior to joining Chatham, Rebecca worked in public service for nine years with the Delaware Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. During her time with the DOJ, she served as an office manager for three years for the fraud and consumer protection division and as a paralegal for six years in the Criminal Division. Presently, Rebecca serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sanford School in Delaware.

Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and also earned her Paralegal certificate from Widener University Law School.
