Ryan Gannon

Ryan Gannon is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. He leads Chatham’s southeastern U.S. private real estate hedging team, assisting commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.

Since 2009, Ryan has advised private real estate companies on interest rate risk management including hedge analysis and execution, documentation, and regulation. Since starting with Chatham, Ryan has advised clients in connection with more than 4,000 interest rate cap purchases.

Prior to joining Chatham, Ryan spent seven years at a national real estate service; the last four as a director.

Ryan passed the Series 3 (Commodities and Futures) and Series 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative). He graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies.
