Sarah Johnson works on Chatham’s Global Real Estate team focused on strategic account management. In this role, Sarah ensures that clients with broad and complex needs are served with excellence.
Prior to Chatham, Sarah worked at EverWest Real Estate Investors overseeing their debt capital markets group, with previous stops at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Triton Investment Company, The PrivateBank, and Bank of America. Her experience spans structuring and negotiating debt transactions, capital markets, investment management, portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions, and project management.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
