About Scarlett
Scarlett Montana is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Scarlett also leads our effort to streamline the process of negotiating pre-trade interest rate cap documents. Since joining Chatham in 2014, Scarlett has served hundreds of public and private real estate clients, law firms, hedging counterparties, and other industry partners.
Prior to joining Chatham, Scarlett worked as an HR administrator for Deloitte Consulting and CarrAmerica Real Estate. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from SUNY Cortland and an HR certificate from Cornell.
