Sean Goodwin is a Managing Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Sean previously spent 20 years in investment banking, initially as a trader before moving on to hold various positions on interest rate derivative desks. Sean's expertise is in interest rate and inflation hedging across a client base including corporates, real estate, infrastructure, and utilities. Sean received his bachelor's degree with honours from Glasgow University.
