Silio David Aparicio is a Director on Chatham’s Infrastructure Hedging and Capital Markets team based in London. This team assists clients with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Silio has over 20 years of experience in structuring and originating commodity and interest rate derivatives transactions for corporates and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Chatham, Silio founded and managed a hedging advisory firm for corporates and private equity. Previously, Silio was the lead manager for Latin America at BNP Paribas for commodity derivative structuring and origination and a senior structurer in commodity derivatives at JP Morgan. Silio holds a PhD degree in finance from the University of Warwick. He is also fluent in Spanish.
