Thandokazi Dlephu

Thandokazi Dlephu is on Chatham’s European Private Equity Accounting Advisory team, advising clients on properly structuring and documenting their derivative and hedging activities for optimal economic and financial reporting outcomes to a variety of clients across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Chatham, she worked at PWC UK, specialising in the alternative investments sector within asset wealth management audit. Before that, she worked at KPMG South Africa in audit and assurance, servicing listed and private financial services clients.

Thandokazi is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and graduated from Stellenbosch University, obtaining both an undergraduate degree and postgraduate diploma in accounting. She is also a published author in an accredited teaching and learning journal.
