Thomas Allgeier

Thomas (TJ) Allgeier is on Chatham’s Real Estate Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring. TJ assists real estate investors in solving complex valuation issues, leveraging his prior client relations experience to provide excellent service.

Prior to joining Chatham, TJ held a position at Merrill where he was ranked third in the nation for client conversion, receiving the Pewter Bull Award. TJ also assisted a team of financial advisors at UBS manage a book of business composed of ultra high-net-worth clients worth $1.2 billion or more.

TJ graduated from the College of New Jersey (TCNJ) with a bachelor's degree in finance and maintained membership in Beta Alpha Psi Business Honors Society. TJ holds designations such as the SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses from FINRA and NASAA.
