Thomas Burkett is on Chatham’s Real Estate Hedge Advisory REIT team, advising public real estate companies on interest rate and foreign currency risk management. He helps facilitate transactions on behalf of clients, including managing banking relationships, negotiating ISDAs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Chatham, Thomas worked in client service with ultra high net worth account holders at JPMorgan Private Bank. Prior to JPMorgan, he worked at South Pacific Financial as a licensed loan officer facilitating the closing of residential mortgage transactions in San Diego, CA.
Thomas earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and M.B.A. from Saint Bonaventure University.
