About Toby
Toby Goar is a Director on Chatham’s Asset Platform team. This comprehensive global data platform enables commercial real estate investors and asset managers to efficiently resolve data challenges by automating many manual activities and establishing a reliable single source of truth.
Prior to VmX’s acquisition by Chatham in 2024, Toby was a part of the VmX team from inception and led the initial product development and client management. Toby's career also includes experience at AEW Europe and JLL, working within investment, asset management, and capital markets.
Toby is a member of RICS. He graduated from the University of Exeter with a First Class Honours degree in economics and finance and gained a MSc in real estate from Cass Business School.
