About Tomer
Tomer Perry is a Managing Director on Chatham’s Capital Advisory team. He advises corporate and financial sponsor clients on capital market strategies and capital raising activities to support a wide range of needs, including acquisition finance, growth capital, refinancings, project finance, restructurings, liquidity enhancement, and capital structure optimization.
Prior to joining Chatham, Tomer was Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory and Acquisition Finance at Lazard, where he provided capital structure advice and tailored capital solutions to clients, with a focus on acquisition finance, debt and structured equity placements, credit ratings, liability management, and restructurings. He began his finance career at Goldman Sachs in credit advisory and investment banking for technology, media, and telecom clients. Tomer also served as a team leader at Amdocs and as a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Tomer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He has an MBA in finance and strategy from the Yale School of Management.
