About Zachary
Zach Wharton is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. He has assisted on over 3,300 trades totaling in excess of $200 billion notional hedged.
Prior to his time at Chatham, Zach was a financial advisor with MetLife where he worked with school districts and municipalities advising on retirement planning. Zach earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in history from West Chester University where he also received his Pennsylvania teaching certification.
